Important Information About Insurance Benefits

Each of out dental offices will help you complete, and give you guidance on, the filing of insurance forms that relate to your dental care.

Remember that you are an important part of your dental care team, and that treatment and care decisions should be made in collaboration with us.

A dental plan can be a great help in covering the cost of dental care. However, it is possible that your dental plan may not cover the full cost of the your required treatment. By maintaining good oral care habits in your daily life, you are making a long-term investment in your own well-being.

Insurance Assistance

Our practice will assist patients with most dental plans.

Our practice assists our clients in receiving reimbursement from their insurance programs.

Financial Assistance

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options:

Medical Updates

Changes to your general medical health have an impact on your dental health. It is important that all patients keep us up to date regarding their overall health, and on the medications they are taking. Be sure to bring a list of any medications you are taking to your first visit, and continue to update us as things change.

Changing Appointments

Your dental appointments are reserved specifically for you. Although we will contact you prior to a scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that you arrive for the appointment on time.

If you need to reschedule a reserved appointment, we require a minimum of 2 full business days' notice. If you miss an appointment without giving notice, a missed appointment fee will apply.

Payment

Patients are responsible for paying their dental procedure fees at its time of services. We accept the following methods of payment.

  • Debit
  • Cash

We also could finance assist through CIBC.
